Dear Fellow Journeyer,

If you’ve found your way here, I believe it’s not by accident. Something inside you—quiet but undeniable—is shifting. Maybe it’s the ache for something more. The whisper that your life is meant to feel deeper, freer, more aligned. Maybe you’ve succeeded in many ways, but somewhere inside, you know: this isn’t the whole story.

I want you to know this—
I see you. I honor the path that brought you here. And I want so much more for you.

I want you to feel powerful in your truth. To trust your body, your voice, your knowing. I want you to remember the parts of yourself you’ve hidden or silenced. To reclaim your desires without apology. To take off the masks and start living—fully, honestly, boldly.

I want you to no longer be run by old wounds, outdated roles, or the weight of who the world told you to be. I want you to stop settling for half-hearted connections, for work that drains your soul, for a life that looks good on the outside but leaves you empty inside.

I want you to walk into your own wilderness and discover the freedom that comes from facing it all with courage.

And more than anything, I want you to live a life of meaning and purpose. To savor the beauty this world has to offer—not just with your mind, but with your senses. To feel the sun on your face, the ground beneath your feet, the wind at your back. To laugh deeply, cry fully, love fiercely. This next chapter of your life is yours to create—if you are willing to do the inner work to release the patterns and conditioning that have held you back.

May you find something within The Wilderness Walk that supports and sustains you on that path. Something that reminds you: you are not alone. You are capable of more than you imagine. And the life your soul is yearning for is possible.

With love on the trail,
XO Suzanne

Suzanne is not just a therapist—she is a modern-day mystic, a relentless seeker of truth, and the guardian of one of life’s deepest rites of passage: the journey into the shadow. A sought-after psychotherapist, shadow coach, and trauma-informed practitioner, she doesn’t offer quick fixes or final destinations- She invites you into something far more sacred—the path back to yourself. To walk with Suzanne is to step into the forgotten, exiled, and luminous parts of your soul.

As the visionary behind The Wilderness Walk, a transformative movement guiding people into their shadows to reclaim their power, truth, and freedom, Suzanne doesn’t just teach this work—she lives it. After walking 1,000 miles across the U.S. with her Golden Retriever, Grace, she didn’t just experience transformation—she embodied it. That journey shaped the heart of her mission: to help others integrate their wounds, break free from conditioned patterns, and step into the fullest expression of themselves.

Suzanne has helped thousands find their way home to a life of greater alignment, meaning, and freedom. With reverence and devotion, she will walk beside you through the shadowed forests of your life, across the barren plains of your doubts, and into the radiant, untamed truth of your soul.

This is not self-help. This is the wild, messy, breathtaking work of becoming—and Suzanne is here to guide you home.

THE BOOK THAT TOOK ME DEEPER

Writing Navigating the Wilderness Within was both a raw and transformative journey—one that required deep vulnerability and an unflinching look at my own truth. Putting my experiences into words meant defining, with absolute clarity, what I believe in and what I want others to know: that healing is possible, that our shadows are not our enemies, and that true freedom comes from facing ourselves fully. Through the process, I uncovered an even deeper connection to my purpose—guiding others through their own wilderness, helping them navigate the terrain of their inner world with courage and compassion.

More than anything, this book is a call to rise—to move beyond limitations, to see our power more than our constraints, and to call each other higher. It is an invitation to shift our focus from what we can't do to what we can, to step forward in our truth, and to embrace the potential that lives within us. This book is not just a reflection of my journey; it is a letter, a calling, a collective uprising for all of us to claim the fullness of who we are meant to be.

THE POWER OF SACRED LIVING

I believe that life isn’t something to rush through or numb ourselves to—it’s something to be honored. Every moment, every threshold, every season carries its own quiet wisdom, inviting us to slow down, pay attention, and live with deeper presence.

Sacred living, to me, is a way of walking through the world with reverence. It’s about creating intentional spaces, meaningful rituals, and soulful practices that nourish the heart and awaken the spirit. It’s choosing depth over distraction, alignment over achievement, truth over performance.

In a world that moves fast and demands more, sacred living calls us back to what matters most: our connection to ourselves, to the earth, and to the unseen forces that guide us. It’s a path of remembering—and reclaiming—the beauty, truth, and wild wisdom already inside of us.

I believe this is not a time to shrink. The world does not need more silence, more hesitation, more people dimming their own light in fear of standing out. Now, more than ever, we are being called to step forward—to use our voices, our gifts, and our courage to shape a world rooted in truth, connection, and love.

I believe that our number one purpose in this life is to evolve—to become the fullest, most authentic versions of ourselves—and to help others do the same. Growth is not just a personal journey; it is a collective calling. When we commit to our own transformation, we naturally create space for others to rise alongside us.

I believe in truth-tellers, healers, and visionaries. The world does not change by compliance but by those willing to disrupt old paradigms and bring forth new ways of being. Every act of authenticity is an act of revolution. Every choice to speak from the soul sends ripples through the collective, reminding others that they, too, can stand in their truth.

I believe you do not need to be perfect to be powerful. You do not need a massive platform to make an impact. Your presence, your voice, and your willingness to be fully yourself are enough. When you choose to embody love in a world addicted to fear, you shift the energy of the planet. When you choose to be present in a culture of disconnection, you become a force of change.

I believe in doing the inner work. True transformation begins within. If we want to change the world, we must first be willing to face ourselves—our shadows, our fears, our limiting beliefs—and move through them with courage and integrity. Growth is not about reaching some final destination; it is about continually expanding into deeper alignment with who we are meant to be.

I believe in the power of our gifts—whether they manifest as words, art, healing, leadership, or simply the way we move through the world. These gifts are not random; they are needed now more than ever. Light does not wait for permission to shine, and neither should we.

I believe in rising. Not when the world is ready, not when we feel fully prepared, but now. If we wait, we risk losing what matters most—our power to create the change we long for. The world does not need more bystanders; it needs those willing to step forward, to lead, to love, to speak, and to create.

This is why I am here. This is why you are here. The time is now.
