WALKERS IN THE WILD

Walk your Path. Share your Story.

Are You a Walker in the Wild?

We are inviting you to join a powerful movement of people who are willing to step into their own internal wilderness—and inspire others to do the same.

The internal wilderness is that uncharted, raw, and often overlooked landscape within each of us. It can feel intimidating and untamed—but when you dare to enter it, you discover a wild beauty that has been waiting for you all along.

Walkers in the Wild are courageous souls who become way-showers for others on the path. They are the ones willing to share their truth, walk through uncertainty, and offer a light for those still finding their way. They know that by tending to their inner wilderness, they create ripples of healing and freedom in the world around them.

This movement is rooted in my upcoming book, Navigating the Wilderness Within: The Journey from Fear to Freedom. The book tells the story of my 1,000-mile wilderness journey, woven together with powerful teachings, storytelling, and hard earned wisdom to help you explore your own inner terrain. It is a map for those ready to step beyond fear and into freedom.

But this is more than just a book launch—it’s a living, breathing tapestry of stories, images, and voices. As a community of Walkers in the Wild, we will share what it truly means to navigate the wilderness within.

Each story adds another thread, reminding us that none of us walk this path alone.

Trail Guide and Author

Suzanne Hanna is a psychotherapist, shadow work expert, transformational coach, and author of Navigating the Wilderness Within. She doesn’t just guide others through transformation—she embodies it. After walking 1,000 miles across the country in a radical act of healing and restoration, Suzanne emerged with a rare and sacred map: the path home to the truest self.

Her journey—through heartbreak, betrayal, loss, and rebirth—infuses every step she takes with those she serves. Suzanne’s work weaves together psychology, spirituality, and embodiment, guiding people through shadow work, emotional healing, and midlife renewal.

To walk with Suzanne is to descend into the depths of your own unfolding. To stand beside her is to remember you were never lost—only buried beneath the weight of what was never truly yours. Her work is a pilgrimage into the shadow, a homecoming to truth, and a reclamation of the radiant, untamed self that’s been there all along—waiting.
